The Executive Team

James Johnston


James Johnston is the President and Founder of Level365  and is responsible for the strategic direction and the day to day operations of the company. Jim brings over 15 years of experience in early stage startups both in a capital investment and adviser roles as well as part of the executive team in IT, Wireless and Internet sectors. He was the founder of NetSolutions, a regional commercial ISP and successfully led the growth and eventual acquisition by a regional bell operating company.

Sean Cheesman


Sean Cheesman is the founder and chief technologist of Level365. He is responsible for the architecture and design and development of the network and managed services platform. He transforms the strategy and business objectives of Level365 into technology and oversees the technical staff of the company. He is focused on the technology needed for the services to the clients and maintaining those services. He has over 16 years in IT, enterprise network architecture and consulting.

Tom Burdick

COO of Level365

Tom Burdick is the Chief Operating Officer of Level365. He has more than nine years of experience in senior level sales and business development positions in leading telecommunications and service provider organizations in their client acquisitions and channel management. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the sales team and driving direct and indirect channel sales activity. Tom holds a B.S. from Butler University and an M.B.A. from the I.U. Kelley School of Business.
