“Level365 not only provided us with a solution in short timeframe but also one that meets all of our needs. They were able to turn a challenge that could have resulted in us spending thousands more per month to a solution that makes managing our communications easier than before.”

Howard County Indiana
In the Fall of 2018, Howard County faced a challenge regarding its aging phone system and a telecommunications agreement that was set to expire in a couple of months. The incumbent provider proposed a steep increase in the monthly service. With only a few months of time to make a switch or face paying much higher costs, the County put together a plan to evaluate several business phone, VoIP, and Unified Communications (UC) providers.
After evaluating more than four different options, the County made a decision in order to have time to transition over 400 employees spread across more than 8 different County locations to a new system. Howard County selected Level365 for the following reasons:
- Ability to meet the tight installation timeline.
- Pricing that was thousands less per month than the incumbent.
- Offering a redundant and monitored network.
- No maintenance fees or other hidden fees.
- Month-to-Month service (no required long-term contracts)
Level365 was able to help Howard County save thousands of dollars each month compared to the incumbent provider’s proposal. In addition to saving money, Level365 was also able to provide additional Unified Communications features that were not previously offered. This included both a web portal and mobile app. These provide flexibility to extend desk phone functionality through a computer and mobile device.
