Over the last year, our Level365 team has been growing. Although 2020 has been a challenging year, we are learning to adapt, grow, and change along with our customers. In this blog, we are highlighting our newest team members.
In her role with Level365, Donna is responsible for overseeing all new client provisioning, setup, and training projects. She comes to our team with a vast knowledge of business communications and client operations.
Donna was born and raised in Louisville, KY, holding a degree in electronics
from Brown Mackie College. She has held numerous positions over the years in telecommunications, at various major national companies, including Telecommunications Administrator for two different hospitals in the Louisville area. Previous experience in working with Avaya, Nortel, BroadSoft, AT&T as well as Cisco and our Netsapiens platform.
When asked why Donna wanted to join the team at Level365, she answered, “I was looking to join a well-established company that was in the process of growing and experiencing growing pains. It was very apparent that Level365 has some of the best team members who care about the client experience. I want to assist in bridging the gap between our new customers and the unique challenges of the onboarding process. I’m excited to be part of the rapid growth and a team member here at Level365!”
Outside of the office, she is commonly spotted cheering on the local collegiate teams or attending various arts concerts and plays. A typical weekend for her includes cooks outs and dinner with her children and grand-puppies at her home in Louisville.
At Level365, Philip helps onboard customers to our service by coordinating porting, call flow, and other technical specifications to meet our customer’s needs.
Philip comes to us from Louisville, KY, with remarkable telecommunications experience from West IP and Yazatel. He has attended both Glendale Community College and Cochise College in Arizona.
Philip began his IT career by serving six years as a U.S. Marine and six years in the Army–ranking sergeant in both branches. His previous roles include Intelligence Analyst, Data Network Specialist, Communications Team Chief, Client Services Support, and Voice Engineer. His move to Level365 stems from a desire to be a part of a team and expand his knowledge within the telecommunications industry.
In Philip’s spare time, he enjoys tabletop games, working on cars, and watching Formula 1 races.
In his current role, Tony provides our business partners with dedicated support and resources.
Originally from Cincinnati, and a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in business management, Tony has called Indianapolis his home for 20 years. He came to us from the SaaS industry, where he helped clients improve their overall internet security.
Tony joined Level365 because he felt that it was a career path that complimented his busy lifestyle and felt strongly that his talents were appreciated to drive an organization forward. “From the beginning, Level365 has always felt like the right fit for me!”
Outside of the office, Tony runs Kona Ice of Terre Haute with his wife. Speaking of running, there is rarely a dull moment for Tony as he is keeping up with his family of seven.
Nathan’s role at Level365 focusing on improving customers’ and partners’ experience through enhancing their Unified Communications. Nathan joined the Level365 team in October of 2019, giving him nearly 20 years of experience in the telecommunication industry.
Nathan lives in Indianapolis with his wife and their two daughters. Over the years, Nathan has worn many hats, including Technician, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations. Nathan’s customer service skills are exceptional, as he prides himself on his ability to work with customers to exceed their needs and expectations.
When Nathan started looking for a new role in the industry, Level365 stood out above the others. With a long history of pleased customers and employees, he knew he wanted to join to help drive its mission and be a part of the excellent organization.
Outside of the office, Nathan stays active by cycling, mountain biking, and hiking.
Jacqueline was initially hired at Level365 as a Marketing and Graphic Design Intern to create a solid foundation of branded templates and documents. Her position quickly shifted as her passion and knowledge of brand development became apparent. Since then, she has worked with the company’s Marketing Director and top executives to redesign the company’s branding guidelines and continues to develop its memorable brand. “From day one, I have felt like an appreciated and valued member of the team. The level of trust and learning opportunities that they give me is incomparable. I look forward to growing my career with Level365.”
Jacqueline is a recent Butler University graduate of the Lacy School of Business. Before working at Level365, she dedicated several years to graphic design and marketing for multiple small to medium-sized businesses in her hometown of South Bend, Indiana, and current home Indianapolis.
When she is not in the office, Jacqueline is often seeking new adventures to enjoy with her friends or family. While seemingly challenging, she hasn’t let the recent pandemic stop her from participating in outdoor activities like wake surfing, hiking, and scuba diving in nearby quarries.
Before joining our team fulltime as a Content Marketing Specialist, Elyse was a Graphic Design and Marketing Intern for Level365 in the Spring and Summer of 2020
She is originally from the greater Chicago-land area and a 2020 graduate from Butler University with a degree in Marketing and Digital Media Production. She now lives in her first apartment in downtown Indianapolis.
Elyse’s previous experience had been a marketing internship focused on market research, media, and communications with CFE Media and Technology.
From her fantastic internship experience with Level365, Elyse knew she wanted to join the team permanently. Through this new position, she will have the freedom and ability to grow her marketing/design skills enabling her work and ideas implemented to help the company’s growth.
Outside of work, you can find Elyse learning how to cook, binge-watching tv shows, doing virtual workouts routines, and playing with her roommate’s new puppy.
