Tired of getting those annoying calls from random numbers? Level365 just released a new feature to protect its current customers from spam and robocalls.
Robocall and Spam Protection is a framework within our platform designed to cut down on unwanted calls. The platform uses number validation and STIR/SHAKEN interconnected standards for Caller ID authentication.
These terms, STIR and SHAKEN, may seem a bit abstract, but they're actually both common acronyms used in robocall services. STIR stands for Secure Telephone Identity Revisited, and SHAKEN stands for Signature-based Handling of Asserted Information using toKENs.
Say goodbye to unwanted calls by activating the Robocall and Spam Protection tool through your web app. To get in-depth directions on how to do this, read this support article.
